protection, and confidentiality of information accessed or shared through the
application.

*1. Purpose*
The
GE-FIX Helpdesk platform connects Customers and Technicians for the provision
of technical support services specifically for *End-of-Life (EOL) Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equipment*. In using the platform, you may have
access to sensitive data. This NDA ensures that all such information is handled
with strict confidentiality.

*2. Confidential Information*
For
the purpose of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes, but is not
limited to:

Customer or equipment data (e.g., brand, model, technical specs)
*
Diagnostic reports and service history
*
System access credentials (e.g., passwords, IPs)
*
Personal or business contact information
*
Communications between users (chat logs, service requests, uploads)
*
Any non-public business or technical information related to GE-FIX or its users

*3. User Obligations*
By
using the GE-FIX Helpdesk application, you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed through the
app

Use such information solely for the purpose of performing or receiving
technical support services on GE-FIX

Not disclose, reproduce, or share any Confidential Information with third
parties without written consent from the disclosing party or GE-TECH Limited

Promptly report any unauthorized access, breach, or misuse of Confidential
Information to GE-TECH Limited

*4. Exclusions from Confidential Information*
This
Agreement does not cover information that:

Was already known to you prior to access via GE-FIX
*
Is publicly available through no breach of this Agreement
*
Was lawfully obtained from a third party not under confidentiality obligations

Must be disclosed under applicable law or court order (with prior notice to
GE-TECH Limited where possible)

*5. Duration of Confidentiality*
The
obligations in this Agreement shall:

Remain in effect while you use the GE-FIX Helpdesk application

Continue for *two (2) years* after your access to the platform ends

*6. Intellectual Property*
All
materials, features, workflows, and data structures provided within GE-FIX are
the sole property of *GE-TECH Limited*. Users may not copy, modify,
reverse-engineer, or extract any part of the application for personal or
commercial use outside of GE-FIX.

Any
breach of this Agreement may result in:

Suspension or termination of user access

Legal action including claims for damages and/or injunctive relief

Reporting to law enforcement or professional bodies where applicable
